The Terroir Launch
It was very exciting to have the NEW Terroir of Golf book launch at the R&A World Golf Museum on May 17, 2024 in St Andrews, Scotland.
For an author of a book about golf, no place on Earth could be better. I was delighted to be surrounded by my whole team, including my partner, Kevin McGrath, Chic Harper (and his wife Elaine), Peter Grunwell and Anke Burxmeier, owners of Fine Golf Books, and even Scott Westland, representing the extraordinary producers of Terroir, from McAllister Litho Glasgow.
Other notables in attendance included famous golf historians, Roger McStravick and Peter Crabtree. Along with Mr. Crabtree (and his wife Peggy), Founder and Past President of the British Golf Collectors Society, several other members of the BGCS honored me with their presence. And let’s remember, the full title, Terroir of Golf, A Golf Book for Wine Lovers, would suggest we should have some wine at the launch, and we did!
